A. No, most of our items are made from vintage or pre-owned kimono fabrics.
Q. Are there imperfections?
A. Yes, due to the nature of vintage textiles, slight variations, marks, or signs of wear may be present. We believe these add to each item's unique character.
Q. Do you wash the fabric?
A. Yes, all kimono fabrics are carefully cleaned before being transformed into our products.
Q. Can I return my order?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We currently ship only to the United States and Japan.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 7–14 business days to Japan.
Q. Are all items one of a kind?
A. Yes, many of our products are made from unique kimono fabrics, making each piece one of a kind or available in very limited quantities.
Q. Will I have to pay customs or duties?
A. No customs duties apply for orders within the United States. For orders shipped to Japan, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be covered by our store.
